Deepak Paswan.  Born in 2002 from a small village in India,he was born with a parasitic twin attached to his chest.  Some people from his village believed that he was a monster and would eat them,some came with offerings and gifts believing that he was a reincarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu. Some mocked him and called him octopus boy.  Since his parents didn't have the money for their son's medical procedure, the legs of the parasitic twin grew at the same rate as Deepak,meaning he was always carrying extra weight with him.  Some time later, a hospital in Bangalore offered to perform the surgery for free. The four hour surgery was a success and the parasitic twin was successfully separated from Deepak.

There are days when I wake up feeling defeated but I have to remind myself to never give up because great things take time.
