Royal Family News: King Charles Strips Beatrice And Eugenie’s Titles Due To Sins of Andrew?
British royal family news divulges that the late Queen Elizabeth stripped her son Prince Andrew of his royal titles, military affiliations, royal patronages and ability to use HRH earlier this year. It came after he was accused of sexual assault allegations and paid a multimillion-dollar settlement thus avoiding court. He proclaimed his innocence.
In 2019, Andrew addressed his scandal in a disastrous interview with the BBC in which he, “attempted to address his relationship with Epstein and the allegations against he had sexually assaulted a then 17-year-old Virginia Giuffre.”
Now that King Charles is regent, he wields the power over royal titles. Will he make changes as head of the monarchy? He ascended to the throne following the death of his mother on Sept. 8. She and the late Prince Philip Mountbatten had four children: Charles, Prince Edward, Princess Anne and disgraced Prince Andrew.
Andrew is eighth in line to the throne, but his friendship with dead convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and the man’s “pimp” convict Ghislaine Maxwell led to his royal downgrade. The rumor mill is alight with speculation that King Charles, “may continue removing any trace of the affiliation to the dynasty after the prince embarrassed the family with his actions.”
Royal watcher Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital: “Unfortunately for Princesses Eugene and Beatrice, their father’s conduct has had rather an adverse and actually disastrous impact on their royal futures.”
She added, “The Princesses are most likely to become Lady Beatrice and Lady Eugenie since their father, Prince Andrew’s, sexual assault scandal has purportedly poured ruin on their chances of becoming working royals.”
The girls’ mother is Sarah Ferguson. The royal couple had an ugly divorce in 1996, but continue to live together in the same home.
Royal Family News – Will Charles Wield His Power?
Fordwich said, “Charles is predicted to be making the use of titles more restrictive. It wasn’t just their father’s conduct, but he knowingly and willingly embarrassed the entire royal family with not only his friendships, but by also agreeing to his diabolical ‘Newsnight’ interview. His refusal to help the FBI with their investigation into the aforementioned served to compound all his other errors of judgment.”
